Flexible Recruitment Options

At Brook Personnel, we understand that having the right staff is vital to the success of your business.  We recognise that the recruitment process for any level position is not only a costly exercise but can also take up valuable time.

With this in mind we have now implemented our "Flexible Recruitment Options", which enables us to partner with you, and help make the recruitment process as simple and cost effective as possible.

In addition to our standard full recruitment service, we can now undertake only the parts of the recruitment process you don't have time to do, and only charge you for the cost of the selected process.

We believe having an external resource whose recommendations you value and with whom you can "bounce" ideas is a key benefit of an effective client/consultant relationship.

How We Can Partner With You.......

1.  WRITING THE ADVERTISEMENT

Not sure how to start?  We can assist you with writing an advertisement that is designed to attract the right person that has the skill set required for the role within your organisation

2.  ACCEPTING THE AD RESPONSE

Not wanting people to know you are recruiting?  We can accept the applications on your behalf and if required take the initial telephone enquiries also.

3.  TELEPHONE SCREENING

If you would like to go that one step further, we can telephone screen the applicants and find out if they match the criteria of the role you are seeking.

4.  SHORTLISTING CANDIDATES

In this market the number of candidates applying for positions is extremely high and not always of the calibre and skill set you are seeking.  We can take the time out of this process by sifting through the resumes and only presenting a small number to you for you to either telephone screen, or if required, we can also interview and present you with a shortlist of interviewed candidates.

5.  ASSISTED INTERVIEWS

Need someone to give you a second opinion?  We can sit in on the interview with you and be another set of "eyes and ears" to help you with the selection process.

6.  WRITING BEHAVIOURAL BASED INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

Need some help with knowing what to ask in the interview?  It is important when you interview prospective candidates that your questions are consistent and you utilise the same criteria to assess each person.  We can help you by providing a set of behavioural based interview questions that will help you to identify how the candidate acts in a specific situation.

7.  REFERENCE CHECKING

This is a vital part of the process and quite often overlooked.  Utilise our depth of experience and local knowledge and allow us to reference check the final candidates for you.

8.  ADVISING THE UNSUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES

Looking for a job is a stressful experience for candidates and not hearing from the company that you have submitted your resume to is disappointing.  Let's make you look good by acknowledging the candidates that have applied to your organisation.

9.  SKILLS TESTING CANDIDATES

How do you know that candidates' skills are what they say they are?  We have a wide range of skills testing available which your shortlisted candidates can complete in our office with a copy of the test results made available to you.  (Price is at a set cost per test per candidate)

10.  CONDUCTING QUALIFICATION CHECKS

We can access qualification verification to confirm that applicants qualifications are in fact what they say they are.  (Price is at a set cost per confirmation)
