With wide ranging experiences, our temporary staff can fill any position from senior management through to support personnel. Our temporary employees are available when you need them and can work on short or long term assignments, and can be called upon for work on a same day notice.

The benefits of using a temporary workforce to fill your position are as follows:

  • You have the ability to hire temporary staff member for a minimum of any four (4) hours.
     
  • Temporary staff can be available the same day which is great for sick leave and unexpected staff absences.
  • All interviews, testing and reference checks are conducted by Brook Personnel saving you time, money and stress.
  • We look after all workers’ compensation costs and liabilities as well as payroll tax, superannuation and administration costs. 
     
  • We continue to monitor the temporary staff member whilst on assignment which ensures you remain completely satisfied

1. SUITABILITY & ABILITY

To ensure quality, all Temporary Employees are fully interviewed, reference-checked, skills tested and OH&S certified prior to being listed as part of our available team. This ensures their suitability for certain positions, as well as their ability to successfully complete the assignment.

2. FOLLOW-UP

On the first day of the assignment, a call is made to assess the quality of the candidate. To ensure on-going quality, a follow-up call will be placed each week throughout the duration of the assignment, to both the client and the Temporary Employee.

3. GUARANTEE

All temporary employees are covered by the Brook Personnel Guarantee. The client should properly and adequately supervise the performance of the Temporary Employee’s duties to ascertain that they are completely satisfied. If at any time during the assignment you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately to organise a replacement. You will only be charged for the actual hours worked by the Temporary Employee.

4. TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT PLACEMENTS

You may be so impressed with your temporary staff member that you may wish to employ them on a permanent basis. This can be achieved with a temporary to permanent placement fee being applicable. The fee will vary depending on the length of time the temporary employee has been with you and can be discussed with us at any time.
